Patisserie Holdings PLC
The SFO is conducting a criminal investigation into the business and accounting practices of individuals associated with Patisserie Holdings PLC.
On 13 September 2023, the SFO brought charges against four individuals including the former director and Chief Financial Officer of Patisserie Holdings Plc, Christopher Marsh, accountant Louise Marsh, Financial Controller Pritesh Mistry, and financial consultant Nileshkumar Lad.
All four suspects are each charged with conspiracy to defraud for inflating the cash in Patisserie Holdings’ balance sheets and annual reports between 2015 and 2018. Nileshkumar Lad, Pritesh Mistry and Christopher Marsh are also charged with five counts of fraud by false representation and one count of making and supplying articles for use in frauds. Christopher Marsh is additionally charged with making false statements as a company director.
The defendants are summoned to appear at Westminster Magistrates’ Court on 10th October 2023 to hear the charges against them.
