LIBOR Yen (Interdealer Brokers) (Cymraeg)

The trial of six individuals on charges of conspiracy to defraud in connection with the investigation by the Serious Fraud Office into the manipulation of Yen LIBOR is due to begin at Southwark Crown Court on 5 October 2015.

Terry Farr and James Gilmour, former brokers at RP Martin Holdings Limited, were charged on 15 July 2013; Danny Martin Wilkinson, Darrell Paul Read and Colin John Goodman, former employees of ICAP Plc, were charged on 28 March 2014; and Noel Cryan, a former employee of Tullett Prebon Group Ltd, was charged on 28 October 2014.

Their trial is expected to last 12-14 weeks.
