18 Rhagfyr, 2018 | Case Updates

On 17 December 2018, HHJ Taylor QC imposed a compliance order preventing Graham Marchment from leaving the United Kingdom until he has paid his confiscation order in full.

Marchment previously had his default sentence of one year activated by Westminster Magistrates’ Court on 21 March 2018, after failing to pay the majority of the confiscation order imposed on him. For more information, see this press release.
