Innospec judgment

19 Medi, 2014 | Case Updates

We are pleased that convictions against two of the defendants, Dennis Kerrison and Miltiades Papachristos in the Innospec bribery case have been upheld by the Court of Appeal today. The Court of Appeal has however reduced Dennis Kerrison’s sentence from four to three years. In doing so the Court considered the starting point should have been four years and then adopted the approach of the trial judge of deducting 12 months in order to reflect personal mitigation.

The sentences of Innospec, Miltiades Papachristos and two other defendants remain unaffected. Please see the full judgement here.
