Today, 8 December 2005, at the High Court, the application by the Serious Fraud Office for a Voluntary Bill of Indictment to reinstate proceedings against six defendants against whom charges had been dismissed in the Crown Court, was rejected.
The defendants against whom charges were dismissed were Ian Cater, Dieno George, Paul Sanders, Christine Davenport and Brian Ruane (all formerly of SSL International Plc) and Colin Wilson (formerly of AAH Pharmaceuticals Ltd)
